Mindfulness for Mothers (ES)
Learn how to train your “baby brain” so you can be calm in the midst of the challenges of motherhood, be balanced so you don’t burn out with sleep deprivation, and be confident enough to know you are being the best mother possible for your child.
- Dissolve mental mummy blocks with a 5 step process to keep you centred.
- Develop a mummy-proof action plan to be more mindful.
- Learn ways that you can be mindful with the kids to enjoy every moment.
Integrating the science and the spiritual to be a fully experiential experience that makes a difference to your life as a mother.

Meet the Teacher:
Shannon is a qualified coach in executive wellbeing and has 20+ years of coaching leaders across the globe from the United States to Australia to India. She has worked in global organisations across industries such as FMCG, IT, Finance and Consulting.
She has credentials such as an MBA, Neuroleadership Diploma, IECL (Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership) Level II, and is accredited in a number of diagnostic tools.
She understands about the challenges and balance of motherhood as she has three kids of her own to handle, which guide her decisions and challenge her on a daily basis.
She coaches working mothers to be balanced so they can smash their results by day and switch off to cuddle their family at night.
