Create Your Personal Manifesto (ES)
What guides you? What helps motivate you? What serves as a foundation when you’re lost?
A manifesto is a relatable, energising and inspiring document and serves as declaration of who you are and how you operate. It provides a foundation in daily life as a tool to help make decisions, remind you of who you are, of who you aim to be - a touchstone for when you get caught up in the grind or when you feel lost bringing you back to your home base, yourself, your core beliefs and intentions.
A manifesto can be personal or it can be written to guide your family. A family manifesto outlines the guiding principles of the family unit and provides a sense of what belonging means in your family.
In this class you will establish and write a manifesto declaring your being in the world.

Meet your teacher:
Julie Jensen aligns her WHOLE self with what she does and applies it to all the roles she plays. She believes this is how one attains and sustains a happy, fulfilled, content life. She came to learn how to live through her experiences with death - nearly that of her own, as she is a stroke survivor, and that of her father. Over the last decade and a half she has been on a quest to understand her purpose, “why am Istill here”, how to live fully with a void left by a love one and how to be a role model that her children look up to.
Julie is a recovering people pleasing perfectionist who’s now able to embrace her imperfect self and others without judgment. She is resilient believing that with each fall there is a gift. She no longer lets fear run the show, and occasionally when it wants attention she gently asks why.
Until recently, she has been a digital media executive in San Francisco, CA. She now lives in Sydney, Aus and is a full time wife and mother of three children, ages 10, 7, 1.5. She is also writer, penning a manuscript called WHOLE: Living in Technicolor.
