Hatha Yoga (IW)
Hatha Yoga helps increase flexibility, build strength, hone balance, and restore calm. Designed to help you cope with the demands of parenting, this course can be adjusted to your needs and abilities.
Duration: 4 x 1.5 hour sessions, once weekly for 4 consecutive weeks
Location: Glebe Town Hall, 160 St Johns Rd Glebe (free 2 hour parking adjacent in Mount Vernon St))
