Rebuilding your back and core muscles is extremely important after having a baby - and Pilates is the ideal way to gently tone, stretch and strengthen in a safe and enjoyable way. Our baby-friendly pilates course comes with an in-room childminding service for kids under 5 years of age, and extra time built in for cuddle- and feed-breaks!
Duration: 4 x 1.5 hour sessions, once weekly for 4 consecutive weeks
Location: Paddo RSL, 220-232 Oxford St Paddington (free undercover parking accessed via County Ave)
