Hatha Yoga (ES)
Hatha Yoga helps increase flexibility, build strength, hone balance, and restore calm. Designed to help you cope with the demands of parenting, this course can be adjusted to your needs and abilities.
Duration: 4 x 1.5 hour sessions, once weekly for 4 consecutive weeks
Location: Paddo RSL, 220-232 Oxford St Paddington (free undercover parking accessed via County Ave)
