Mindfulness for Mothers (ES)
Learn how to train your "baby brain" so you can be calm in the midst of the challenges of motherhood, be balanced so you don't burn out with sleep deprivation, and be confident enough to know you are being the best mother possible for your child.
- This 5 step mindfulness process will help keep you centred and present with your kids so you can better enjoy (almost) every moment.
Duration: 4 x 1.5 hour sessions, once weekly for 4 consecutive weeks
Location: Paddo RSL, 220-232 Oxford St Paddington (free undercover parking accessed via County Ave)
