Cake Decorating 1 (ES)
Get hands on with all the modern cake decorating techniques in this introductory practical course. You'll learn how to cover cakes with buttercream, fondant and ganache, and perfect a wide range of piping techniques.
Each week you'll tackle a different cake decorating style, including rose cupcakes, sharp-edged fondant cake, semi-naked cake and drip cake!
Cupcakes for week one are included, as are all icings, embellishments, tools, cake boxes etc. Students will need to bring cakes as directed for weeks 2 and 3 (see course outline for further details).
Duration: 4 x 1.5 hour sessions, once weekly for 4 consecutive weeks
