Learn how to decorate cake pops!
From forming the perfect cake balls, creating handmade decorations, to melting chocolate perfectly and assembling - how incredibly fun and rewarding!
We will melt choc to the proper consistency and learn how to dip to achieve a smooth finish.
Once we master the dip, and simple cake pop designs we will move on to create a unicorn cake pop and a cute chick cake pop. We will also learn to make some cute handmade edible decorations.
As part of the course you will get the following to create 10 cake pops: six pre-rolled cake balls four cake crumbs to roll your own balls, chocolate, icing, sprinkles, sticks and other decorative items.
You will learn from Su, the founder of Popolate, ask her any questions as we make cake pops together :)

Duration: 1.5 hours
Location: Workshop is online. Cake pop kits are available for pick up from Drummoyne or Hornsby. Delivery is now also available for suburbs all over Sydney. You can add $5 for Contactless delivery as part of your purchase for this service.
Note: Baking is not done in this class and recipes are not provided.
