Fitness Training for mums (IW) OPEN FOR BOOKINGS
Our outdoor group training sessions are for mums who would like to get back some 'me time' and get fit at the same time.
These sessions combine a variety of cardio, resistance/strength exercises, flexibility, core stability and some pelvic floor exercises. They are designed to get you get into the routine of getting in some dedicated exercise time with other like minded mums.
We cater for all fitness levels, and exercises can be modified for individual needs, from basic to advanced!
Duration: 5 x 1 hour sessions, once weekly for 5 consecutive weeks
