SPARK KIDS HOLIDAY CLASS - Learn to sew and make a simple bag (Afternoon class)
***SOLD OUT***Is your child interested in learning how to sew? It's such a great skill to have and has really come in vogue again.
In our beginners sewing class for children 8 year old + your child will learn about how to operate sewing machines, selecting fabric suited to the projects and how to read simple patterns and practice stitching.
We then take these new skills to create something useful, eg a small bag so they can keep their future sewing tools or anything they want to use it for. Or learn to make your own scrunchies.
Duration: 1 x 2.5 hour lesson (School Holidays).
Time & Date: Thursday, 8 April 2021, 1pm -3:30pm (Small bag for accessories)
Afternoon tea will be served, consisting of crackers, mixed fruit platter & refreshments.

We suggest bringing your own sewing machine as that is the one you will be continuing with. If you don't yet have a machine, you can hire one from us for $10.
