Cake Decorating (4 Week Course) (Term 1 March 2021) (IW)
Get hands-on with all the modern cake decorating techniques in this introductory practical course. You'll learn how to cover cakes with buttercream, fondant, and ganache, and perfect a wide range of piping techniques.
Each week you'll tackle a different cake decorating style, including rose cupcakes, sharp-edged fondant cake, semi-naked cake, and drip cake!
Cakes are included, as are all icings, embellishments, tools, cake boxes, etc.
Duration: 4 x 1.5-hour sessions, once weekly for 4 consecutive weeks
Date & Time: Mondays, 12:00pm -1:30 pm
- 8 March 2021 (Cupcake piping techniques)
- 15 March 2021 (Sharp edge fondant cake)
- 22 March 2021 (Semi-naked cake)
- 29 March 2021 (Drip cake)
You will take home your beautiful creation, along with step by step notes and recipes so that you can recreate your cake at home!
Location: 186B Victoria Rd, Drummoyne
(Free parking is available on Victoria Rd from 10am-3pm and there is plenty of parking on surrounding streets)
Bookings must be made by 4 March 2021. Classes only go ahead with a booking of 3+
