Cake Decorating (4 Weeks, August)
Get hands-on with all the modern cake decorating techniques in this introductory practical course. You'll learn how to cover cakes with buttercream, fondant, and ganache, and perfect a wide range of piping techniques.
Each week you'll tackle a different cake decorating style.
Week 1: rose cupcakes
Week 2: Sharp-edged fondant cake
Week 3: Semi-naked cake with fresh flowers
Week 4: Drip cake with fresh strawberries & chocolate
All cake decorating materials and cakes are included. Includes all icings, embellishments, tools, cake boxes, apron etc. All you need to do is come and learn from our expert cake decorating teacher.

You will take home your beautiful creation, along with step by step notes and recipes so that you can recreate your cake at home! This course is taught by a professional cake decorating teacher.
This is one of our favourite class with mums saving hundreds making cakes for their own parties and a few have started their own cake businesses after doing this course and finding their passion.
